As a Marketing Staff, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships, promoting our WiFi services, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to bridging the digital divide and enhancing internet accessibility in Bali’s dynamic regions.

Responsibility
- Promote and sell WiFi CBN services to local businesses, households, and community centers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess community needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and participate in local events, workshops, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and troubleshooting of WiFi services.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategy improvements.
- Educate customers on the benefits of reliable internet connectivity and digital inclusion.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, upholding brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of WiFi technology and internet services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local communities and business landscape is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
