Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to build a strong online presence.
- Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and partners to create co-marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, such as pop-up events, workshops, and local sponsorships.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to optimize strategies.
- Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, lead generation strategies, and customer insights to drive conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure messaging aligns with company values and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in Bali or a fast-paced market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns tailored to local audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign success, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, local culture, and tourism industry is highly advantageous.
