Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring high ROI and conversion rates.
- Oversee WordPress website management, including content updates, plugin management, and performance optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website UX/UI and conversion funnels.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (traffic, leads, CTR, CPA) using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO, paid advertising (Facebook/Google Ads), and WordPress management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and basic web development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote/hybrid team environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO are a plus.
