Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing network of Business Agents (BAs), agents, and partners to promote BFI Finance’s mortgage and financial products.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure agents meet company standards and maintain strong performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and motivational programs to enhance agent productivity and product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agent recruitment, sales performance, and customer acquisition.
- Represent BFI Finance at industry events, networking sessions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or financial services, preferably in mortgage, banking, or fintech.
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing agents or sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with financial products, mortgage processes, or banking regulations is a plus.
- Experience in Bali’s business environment or knowledge of local market dynamics is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
