Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales of glucometers and related consumables (test strips, lancets, control solutions).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the medical device sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and distributors.
- Organize and participate in product training sessions and educational workshops for customers.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product adoption.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of market development and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
