Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research to expand METRO TARA’s customer base in Bali.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their logistics needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Promote METRO TARA’s logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution, to potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the Bali market.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and campaign effectiveness to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent performance and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business landscape is a plus.
