Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in the healthcare sector.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials (digital and print) tailored to diverse audiences.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer service) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies.
- Organize and participate in healthcare events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or medical industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
