Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote fire safety, M&E, and construction services.
- Create engaging content (brochures, case studies, social media, blogs) tailored to B2B and B2G audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in Indonesia’s fire protection and construction sectors.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, presentations).
- Organize and represent Citra Proteksi at industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings in Bali and beyond.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (ROI, lead conversion, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, construction, engineering, or fire safety industries.
- Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications (fire systems, M&E, construction) and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and able to work under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
