Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and graphics, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns, promotions, and digital events.
- Support community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including drafting newsletters and segmenting audiences for targeted outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the digital education space.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, such as organizing marketing materials, tracking budgets, and preparing reports for team reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is desirable but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
