Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of Uncle Ben Barber Shop in the competitive beauty and grooming industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 12,000,000 - IDR 18,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network across Bali and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute brand awareness campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and training to franchise partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor franchise performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage brand consistency across all franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise development, brand management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise networks.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and other potential franchise locations.
