Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients interested in Japan-related services (language learning, consulting, relocation, etc.).
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and digital marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Indonesia-Japan market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the language center team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and cultural exchange programs.
- Assist in developing partnerships with Japanese businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in an international or Japan-focused context.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, business etiquette, or language education is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
