Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid Class C driver’s license and own a personal vehicle for mobility.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
