Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth in Bali’s competitive market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to refine product positioning.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based marketing, to attract and retain clients.
- Manage distribution channels and partnerships to ensure optimal product placement and accessibility.
- Set and adjust pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate, memorial services, or luxury market sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media, CRM software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
