Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Organize and execute promotional events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
