Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to promote Avelon Healthcare’s pharmaceutical products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, and regulatory) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation tailored to healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the branding and positioning of products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and compliance standards for pharmaceutical marketing in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with a valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical affairs, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and market research.
