Responsibility
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., email, social media, SEO/SEM).
- Clean, organize, and maintain CRM databases to ensure accuracy and usability for marketing and sales teams.
- Manage and update event attendee lists, registrations, and follow-up communications to enhance engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with broader business objectives.
- Automate repetitive tasks using marketing tools (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp) to improve efficiency.
- Assist in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role (internships included).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and interpretation (Google Analytics, Excel, or SQL is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, PPC) and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
