Responsibility
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the marketing operations team in managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Help organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and other engagement activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
