Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote AC Hotels’ brand and offerings in Bali.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and creative) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Marriott International’s global standards.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility and guest interaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, email campaigns, and promotional materials, ensuring high-quality and on-brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Organize and execute events and partnerships to strengthen brand relationships with local businesses, influencers, and travel agencies.
- Support the development of loyalty programs and guest retention strategies to foster long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury brand industries.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling, able to translate brand values into compelling content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
