Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement online and offline marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Create and manage content calendars for digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food processing industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
