Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote credit products to target customers in Bali.
- Conduct market surveys and feasibility analyses to assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of credit products, consumer finance, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer segments.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for data management and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
