Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing, advertising, and promotional professionals.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and measure campaign performance using KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive branding.
- Optimize SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing efforts for maximum reach.
- Report on marketing ROI and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in the paper/manufacturing industry is a plus.
