Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial property developments in Bali.
- Lead branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and reputation across target locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute sales support activities, including promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media channels, website content, and online advertising to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Familiarity with Bali's property market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
