Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Bali market and beyond.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives and visual content (photos, videos, blogs) that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations with local influencers, cafes, and event organizers to expand Candid Coffeeâs reach.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaigns and report on results.
- Coordinate with the product and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging and in-store experiences.
- Plan and execute experiential marketing events (e.g., pop-ups, workshops) to foster community engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign development and measurable results in digital and traditional marketing.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing metrics and using insights to refine strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
