Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
