Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with Moon Mate’s brand voice and wellness mission.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support the team in community management, responding to inquiries and fostering brand loyalty.
- Collaborate on market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, or product launches in Bali.
- Contribute to SEO and content optimization for the company website and blog.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for wellness, health, or sustainable living (alignment with Moon Mate’s values).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, or email marketing is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
