Responsibility
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of web content to enhance user engagement and SEO performance.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of social media posts, including content accuracy, visual appeal, and brand consistency.
- Manage and respond to communications on various e-commerce marketplaces to maintain positive customer relations.
- Support the design and execution of creative marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas and coordinating with designers.
- Conduct market research to identify new brand opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide feedback on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
