Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies for kids’ fashion labels, aligning with the company’s vision and target audience.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos tailored to young audiences and parents.
  • Support the design and production of creative assets (e.g., mood boards, lookbooks, digital ads) in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation in the kids’ fashion space.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating brand campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic) to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to brand storytelling by drafting blog posts, newsletters, and other written materials that reflect the brand’s voice and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling and creating compelling content.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization is a bonus.
  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing, content creation, or branding is advantageous.
