Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the textile industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
