Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics, blogs) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) to optimize campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and improve strategies.
- Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image online.
- Assist in branding initiatives, including visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks.
- Support paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) with content and targeting recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation (internships or personal projects count!).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and trend-spotting.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and copywriting best practices.
- Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
