Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including digital, social media, and offline campaigns.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing initiatives to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Create compelling marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, videos) to showcase properties and attract high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury real estate sector.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.
- Organize and execute events, open houses, and webinars to engage potential buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or luxury brands.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of marketing materials.
