Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and experiential) to promote Colemanâs outdoor products in the Indonesian market.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth in the camping and outdoor recreation sector.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch new products, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, ROI, lead generation) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and oversee brand events, trade shows, and influencer partnerships to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, agencies, and vendors to secure placements and co-marketing opportunities.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to Colemanâs digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods, outdoor, or retail industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for outdoor activities, camping, or adventure travel is highly desirable.
