Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to optimize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, health, or agricultural sectors.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
