Responsibility
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to stay relevant.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in both English and Mandarin.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute promotional activities.
- Create basic graphic designs and video edits for social media posts.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future content.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
