Responsibility

- Promote METRO TARA's logistics services through effective sales pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
