Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote METRO TARA’s logistics services, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
