Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the anime community, including digital, social media, and influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, from blog posts and videos to event promotions and merchandise tie-ins.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage social media channels, fostering community engagement and growing our audience through targeted content and interactions.
- Plan and coordinate company events, including anime conventions, pop-up shops, and virtual meetups, with occasional weekend/public holiday support.
- Work with external partners, such as influencers, artists, and vendors, to amplify brand visibility and drive collaborations.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and present data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the sales team with promotional materials and strategies to boost product/service adoption in the anime niche.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the anime, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of anime culture, trends, and fan communities, with a passion for the genre.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese or Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends/public holidays for company events and campaigns.
