Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to promote cosmetic surgery services, including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing.
- Create compelling brand messaging and promotional materials tailored to high-end clients in the aesthetic medicine sector.
- Manage digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram, optimizing for lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to produce accurate, engaging content (e.g., blogs, videos, testimonials) that educates and converts prospects.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (ROI, CTR, engagement rates) to refine strategies and report on performance to stakeholders.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and partnerships with influencers or local businesses to expand brand reach.
- Oversee the company website and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless user experience and lead nurturing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cosmetic marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, luxury, or aesthetic industries.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
