Responsibility
- Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, sales) to ensure aligned messaging and cohesive campaign rollouts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking for all marketing activities to ensure cost-effective and high-impact outcomes.
- Create and oversee content development (copy, visuals, videos) for digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs, engagement rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage stakeholders and build brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, A&P, or brand strategy (healthcare industry experience is advantageous).
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media (print, TV, radio).
