Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure consistent brand voice and high engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce effective promotional materials and collateral.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
- Assist in organizing and executing offline events, roadshows, and product launches.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
