Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote SIMDESA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and target audience needs.
- Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute socialization campaigns, including community outreach, digital marketing, and public relations initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate partnerships and secure support for marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional videos, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and engage with key audiences.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, with a strong background in campaign management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Familiarity with government relations and public sector engagement is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
