Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation in Bali and beyond.
- Create and manage content calendars for digital and traditional media, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Write, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Organize and coordinate events, press conferences, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing communications efforts using KPIs and analytics tools to demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO, and content management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies based on data insights.
