Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including social media posts, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze digital communication trends, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and improve audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align communication efforts with business goals.
- Manage media relations, including press inquiries, interviews, and partnerships, to build and maintain a positive public image.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and product launches, coordinating logistics and promotional activities to maximize impact.
- Track and report on KPIs, such as engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics, to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and platforms in digital marketing, recommending innovative tools and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PR, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with an ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual and written content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
