Responsibility
- Manage and execute complex marketing automation workflows to streamline client operations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and documentation.
- Update, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites to ensure optimal user experience and SEO performance.
- Utilize Monday.com to track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Assist in the deployment of digital marketing campaigns across various social and email platforms.
- Perform data entry and lead management tasks with high attention to detail.
- Proactively identify process gaps and recommend automation solutions to increase team productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress management (content updates, plugin maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Expert-level experience with Monday.com for project and workflow automation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for direct communication with US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation funnels.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
