Responsibility

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Fully Booked Loyalty Program across all channels, including in-store, online, and affiliate networks.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., emails, social media posts, in-store signage) to drive program awareness and participation.
  • Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance using KPIs such as enrollment rates, redemption rates, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and digital teams to ensure seamless program integration and execution.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships with local businesses, influencers, or media outlets to expand program reach in Bali.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and tailor loyalty rewards to meet their needs.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Organize and execute loyalty-focused events, workshops, or promotions to boost engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to loyalty programs, retail, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a proven ability to develop compelling campaigns and content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Passion for books, retail, or customer-centric industries is highly desirable.
