Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM updates, client communications, and proposal preparation.
- Manage social media calendars, content scheduling, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, budgets, and vendor communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or social media management is advantageous.
