Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects in Bali, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, to attract potential buyers.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and refine targeting strategies.
- Organize and participate in events, open houses, and promotional activities to engage with clients and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign metrics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
