Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the Fostering Scheme.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and website updates to highlight success stories and recruitment calls.
- Organize and manage community outreach events, roadshows, and information sessions for prospective foster parents.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, digital assets, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to capture testimonials and stories that resonate with the target audience.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and engagement.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to public relations and community engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or non-profit outreach.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with an ability to communicate sensitive topics with empathy.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social service and a deep understanding of the importance of child welfare in Singapore.
- Ability to engage with diverse community stakeholders, including families and corporate partners.
