Responsibility
- Draft, edit, and project-manage submissions for prestigious legal directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500) and industry awards.
- Collaborate with Partners and practice group leaders to capture and articulate key case highlights and deal achievements.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, including capability statements, brochures, and firm presentations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our submission strategies.
- Coordinate internal workflows to ensure all submission deadlines are met with high-quality, error-free documentation.
- Support the development of bespoke marketing campaigns and client communication initiatives.
- Maintain database accuracy for client contact lists and submission tracking metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or tender/proposal management (legal or professional services experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple complex deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- High level of professional integrity and discretion when handling sensitive firm information.
