Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote therapy and wellness services, including social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships.
- Assist in client consultations, providing information about services, pricing, and health benefits.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Create engaging content (blogs, posts, flyers) to attract and retain clients in the wellness niche.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with therapists to customize service packages and promotions based on client needs.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping for service history and feedback.
- Represent the company at local events, wellness fairs, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the wellness/healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
- Passion for health, wellness, and holistic therapies with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or client management systems is an advantage.
