Responsibility
- Develop and implement advanced analytics frameworks to measure marketing performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead predictive modeling and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for customer growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and attribution analysis to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates) and present findings to senior leadership with actionable insights.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in marketing analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent storytelling with data and ability to translate complex insights into business strategies.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in marketing ROI and customer engagement.
